Description

Vintage framed Architect’s Drawing of a Component From a Ship’s Engine Room
This is a vintage framed architect drawing of ship’s engine room component. This was cut from a 56 inch x 36 inch 1965 drawing. The original print was too big to display. A good way to appreciate the hand drawn details was to reduce a select image to a more manageable size. The section selected has very detailed images of an auxiliary engine, walkway and circulation pump. Paper has yellowed from age, some creases and a small hole. Drawing is mounted in an industrial type aluminum frame.
There are some surface imperfections on finish but overall it is in good condition.
On back is a wire to hang frame up. Visible part of drawing measures approximately 11 ½ inches x 11 ¼ inches. Drawing did not identify the name of ship.
