Vintage Porcelain - has some cracks and repairs.There is some wear an one leg front right has been repaired and on bottom by back leg is a hole. This may have been done in firing.
Has the Original Chain attached, Bottom of paws had tape that I pulled off. Could add felt to keep piece from scratching your furniture. Size is approximately 21" X 8" By head to foot nd tapers down to 3" by tail.
